SHEGEE STYLA born Mildred Mark-Hansen in the early 80’s. By Madam Theodora Antwi and Jerry Hansen, founder of Ramblers international band, one of the founders and first president of MUSIGA. She was an entertainment prefect of Swedru Senior High school in the 90’s, and after High school, she formed the first female hip- life trio in Ghana (TRIPPLE M). She likes to write music and watch tv at her leisure times. She dreams of becoming a very good radio personality some day.

She wrote hit songs for the group like Koti, Girls Girls, Muntitindi, and an official song for the Ghana Black Queens Football Team. The trio were very active in the industry whiles they still continued with their education. After two albums the group dissolved in 2005. Magic records took over from there in 2005 signed Shegee on for three years. They produced one album (MyTime) with hit songs like Zinzima, so much love featuring King Ayisoba and Odo.

She has played on a low key for some time now since she took the position as the Greater Accra regional secretary for Musician Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) about three years ago. Shegee is back in style with dancehall bangers like LET’S GO ft Rashid Metal, MARKING TIME and BAWASA. All under the Boss Chick Entertainment Production. Shegee has worked with Ghanaian superstar artists like Castro, Mzbel, Guru, King Ayisoba, Yaa Pono, Rashid Metal, Sidney, Late Tony Harmony only to mention but a few She’s back as the Godmother of Ghana dancehall taking the genre to the world.

Shegee emerged as the winner for the SFDC Radio Power Play 10 in LUTON-UK 4th edition July this year.
